Thank you Thalia! I’m glad you liked it and I appreciate the lovely feedback. To be honest, this is one of my least read posts, so I’m happy to hear that you enjoyed it. Fiction is not normally one of my usual (strongest) pursuits.
I was wondering if anyone would notice and/or comment on 'hot totty' - that was bound to confuse a few people, see what happens when Americans (not me, Jason) try to use British slang? 😂
I'm not sure I'll be posting any more flash fiction soon. I'll stick to what I know!
Daniel, this is very clever. I like the personification of Flash, Fiction, and even Fact! Brilliantly done.

A very fun read. Love it. If this happened and I were the teacher, though… ugh lol
It's worse for my poor students. They've been subjected to this kind of dire teacher/dad joke humour for years.
And we’re still nowhere nearer the true definition! Love ‘hot totty’ 😆

Also: not to be confused with ‘hot toddy’
And that wasn’t even the worst pun/joke in a story full of them!
The second light hearted story I've read today. Ah, the relief. ,😁
My emotional states over reading this:
🙂😀😆😳
Is this based on a true story? 😅
Let's say 'loosely'- the humour is very much lifelike, teachers love terrible puns.
